I had a very positive experience, this week, interacting with the Medicus Service.
I had a rash over the weekend and did not want to take the time to make an appointment with my dermatologist. I called the Medicus Service and was assisted by a woman who took my information. Only 10 minutes later a doctor from the east coast called and after discussing my situation, he ordered medicine from the pharmacy. Within 13 minutes I could pick up the medicine, which cleared up the problem. Once Medicus service had my information the whole process of speaking with the doctor and having the medicine took 23 minutes.
I am excited to have a personal experience of the efficiency of the Medicus plan.
